I have walked 60 miles for suicide prevention to honor Laurie. I have sky dived twice, visited South Africa, Malaysia, worked with Student Impact 5 years, lead small groups who have experienced child loss at Grief Support and have a blessed life. God is with me.

amazing. i think that there's a lot to learn from this list. i want to make my own. we all should.
I came across this poem engraved in stone while I lived in Seattle and for some reason I found consolation in it when thinking about the loss of my Mother.
Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glint on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you wake in the morning hush,
I am the swift, uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circling flight.
I am the soft starlight at night.

Don't you sometimes you wish you could see God's 'to do' list? Barb, you are on it, He has promised to provide what you need. Today it is comfort, strength, and other things you may not even be able to recognize, but He has it all in His hands. "My peace I give you..."
