I have walked 60 miles for suicide prevention to honor Laurie. I have sky dived twice, visited South Africa, Malaysia, worked with Student Impact 5 years, lead small groups who have experienced child loss at Grief Support and have a blessed life. God is with me.

My 23 year old son took his life last Monday, Sept. 25th. Someone sent me your link. Already, reading some of your entries has helped me. Just hearing how passionate and lively your daughter was helped me to feel connected because my son was, too. He also wrote a letter to me that was not full of anger or self-pity or revenge. It was actually quite uplifting in a sense as he reassured all of us of his love and how sorry he was.
